Cancellation & Refund Policy

Important: HostCashback is a cashback and deals aggregator platform. We do NOT sell web hosting services or products directly. We provide cashback rewards for purchases made at third-party merchant websites (Hostinger, Bluehost, etc.).
1. What This Policy Covers
This refund policy applies ONLY to cashback rewards processed through HostCashback. It does NOT cover products or services purchased from our partner merchants.
For merchant product refunds: Contact the merchant directly (Hostinger, Bluehost, etc.). Each merchant has their own refund policy.
2. Cashback Withdrawal Cancellations
2.1 Before Processing
You can cancel a withdrawal request BEFORE it is processed by contacting us at:
siviblogg@gmail.comOnce cancelled, the amount will be returned to your HostCashback wallet within 24 hours.
2.2 After Processing
Once the cashback has been transferred to your bank account/UPI, the transaction CANNOT be reversed or cancelled.
- Funds transferred via RazorpayX are final
- We cannot reverse completed bank transfers
- Ensure payment details are correct before submitting
3. Cashback Claim Rejections
Cashback claims may be rejected if:
- ✗You did not use our referral link before making the purchase
- ✗The merchant cancelled or refunded your order
- ✗The merchant cannot confirm the transaction
- ✗The claim was submitted after 30 days
- ✗Fraudulent activity or policy violations detected
- ✗Duplicate claim for the same purchase
Rejected claims: No refund is applicable as no payment was made to HostCashback. You can contact us to dispute the rejection within 15 days.
4. Merchant Purchase Refunds
4.1 If You Refund a Purchase
If you request a refund from a merchant (Hostinger, Bluehost, etc.) AFTER receiving cashback from HostCashback:
- The cashback amount will be deducted from your wallet
- If your wallet balance is insufficient, your account may be suspended
- You must repay the negative balance before making new claims or withdrawals
Important: Merchants typically notify us of refunds within 30-90 days. We reserve the right to recover cashback for refunded purchases.
5. Wrong Payment Details
If you provide incorrect UPI ID or bank account details:
- Failed transfers will be returned to your wallet within 3-5 business days
- You can resubmit withdrawal with correct details
- HostCashback is NOT responsible for funds sent to wrong accounts due to user error
- Bank charges for failed transfers (if any) will be deducted from the refund
Warning: Always verify payment details before submitting. We cannot recover funds sent to incorrect accounts.

7. No Fees
HostCashback does NOT charge any fees for:
- Account registration or membership
- Cashback claims or processing
- Withdrawals to bank accounts or UPI
- Cancellations or refunds
Our service is completely free. We earn through affiliate commissions from merchants.
8. Dispute Process
If you disagree with a rejection or deduction:
- Email us at siviblogg@gmail.com within 15 days
- Provide your transaction ID and reason for dispute
- Include any supporting evidence (screenshots, order confirmation, etc.)
- We will review and respond within 7-14 business days
Our decision after review is final.
